Me actively realizing that I would have been blogging way earlier if I knew I could be annoying and blog at a bar for no reason.

Oh,

You Want to Learn More?

I would also love to know why we are here right now.

Finding your calling is like, incredibly hard.

This blog came to fruition through years of daydreaming being Carrie Bradshaw and a professor (Johnny I am your #1 fan) telling me to create something to highlight a passion of mine. I was rolling in strife over what I was going to do, I mean, I am such a passionate person with so many hobbies- how could I choose?

Finally, I realized that I didn’t even consider my biggest passion, myself. Why do I have to limit this blog to exploring just one passion of mine when I can revisit past hobbies, dive deeper into existing interests, and discover new past times? It would be an injustice to not write about what tickles my fancy.

So that’s exactly what this blog is about. I’ll be exploring whatever my heart desires that day. Some days may be filled with a discussion about relationship dynamics, others I might be complaining because I still can’t crochet. You’ll just have to read <3

Why the Hell Did I Name My Blog Garbage?

Two of my favorite things are dressing up in silly little outfits and continually learning how beautiful growing up is. As these topics are the two that occupy my head space the most, I thought it was appropriate to infuse a double entendre of my faves into the name of this blog.

I’m actually illiterate so big shout out to Oxford Dictionary for these definitions <3

Garb: clothing or dress, especially of a distinctive or special kind.

Age: The length of time that a person has lived or a thing has existed.

Garbage: A reminder that I am just some 23-year-old girl and you really don’t have to listen to anything I say. Too many people take personalities on the internet too seriously. I am here to say you don’t have to agree with anything I exhibit, I don’t care lol I’m just chatting.

Of course I made you scroll to the bottom for a proper introduction.

I need to pretend like I can be mysterious for a moment as a chronic over-sharer, okay?

Gun safety was involved heavily in the making of this photo. Make sure you know how to handle firearms safely and effectively when coming into contact with them! I would not want your foot to look like the ant hill I accidentally shot at during this day.

My childhood consisted of America’s Next Top Model, an extended uncensored use of Tumblr, Project Runway, beautiful friendships, and natural consequences to my actions (my dad was never good about grounding and I was always good at doing my homework). I have continually yearned to reach others in whatever way I could, sharing experiences is something I hold near and dear to my gorgeous little caffeine-affected heart. I’m a fan of big coats, being a little bit delusional, and always believing in lady luck.
